Guild Meeting 22.Feb 2015 Summary

RvR Related:
We use Civian as our RvR Leader (any RvR related questions should go to him).
Using the Ventrilo provided is welcomed. No need for a Mic.
We made a short list with Mains/available toons for RvR'ing. Link

RvR Days are: Tuesday, Friday-Sunday.

PvE Related:
We use Azn as our PvE Leader.(any PvE related questions should go to him).
We made up a short "ruleset" about Guild PvE. (Kinda must read)
We need Theug and Palas/Tanks.

PvE Days are: Monday, Thursday

Weekly Plan looks like the following:

• Monday: PvE
  
• Tuesday: RvR
  
• Wednesday: Free
  
• Thursday: PvE
  
• Friday: RvR
  
• Saturday: RvR
  
• Sunday: RvR
  

PvE Guild Ruleset:

There will be no /roll.
We plan to make Guild Raids based on social guild enviroment.
This means, if theres a Raid day planned, and you're attending to it, tell everyone what you want befor the raid starts and sort out problems if there are any.
Please keep in mind that we all want to have fun together, so maybe let someone else have the item you want, if you know hes trying to get it longer then you're.

We don't run perfect groups only.
If theres not the perfect setup to take on planned raids, don't just cancle it.
Also, you don't need to make a PvE only char if you don't want to. Everyone who wants can join with any toon he likes. Means even scouts, Wizards and so on can join.
But keep in mind, if you have a needed class, and the Basic group isn't realy there, it's maybe better to switch to a more needed class.

As a Basic setup for Sidi/Drag we define:
Paladin
Cleric
(Friar)*
Theug

* Friar is needed for drag. For sidi, you can also just take another cleric to make runable.

As PvE we define any action involving players fighting NPC's which are not affilated with any other realm.
This means, PL'ing is Pve. So is farming nameds, Raiding and so on.

We may plan to make a weekly pool to choose what will be done on which day.

I really was happy to see 13 (including me) members out there! This means we can really can get RVR guild grps going soon! Most of us still need some templates to fix, so lets focus on this first!
