Genesis items database for Mora's, Kort or GearBunnyX ¿?

So we have the XML file from Genesis launcher with items database but cant be loaded in Mora's or other software afaik. Anyone knows how to do that?

I would like to use Mora's but all items have german names, it is possible to change this?

If I remember correctly there was a Thread on the Genesis Forums which had an convertet file to use in Moras and such. But it's down atm for me
